Humidity in coop

I am concerned about the humidity in my Coop. It’s at 95% and I can’t get it lower. I’ve got the Coop door open the vents open. It’s clean. There’s no bedding in there except for a little straw. No water inside. The temperature outside is 32°. The temperature inside is 32°. First time chicken keeper. I’m just not sure what to do. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Measure the humidity outside the coop too.
It can't be lower inside than outside.
