Hello,
I am new to this site. I was given 2 hens by our neighbor when they moved. Those 2 were the only survivors of the 6 chicken he had. They are under 1 yr old. He could not tell me the breed but the one in question looks to be a White Leghorn, the other one looks to be Rhode Island Red. Both hens laid eggs for him before I got them. I had another hen and a roo already. I quarantined them before intro to my chickens. Everything seemed fine. The RIR started laying a couple days after I got them and I am still waiting on the White. For a while now her wattle has flopped over and she looks hunched. I have looked her over a couple times now and can not find anything wrong with her. She eats and drinks when I see her. I have been given them Poultry Booster (Rooster Booster) with their food. I just checked her over 1hr ago. Her crop felt small compared to my other hen. Stomach felt like my other chickens stomach. What is going on? What can I do to help her?

Welcome to BYC! I'm sorry about your hen, I hope she gets better soon! :hugs

:welcome Can you post pictures? How long have you had them? Is there any possibility she is going through a molt?
I do not have a picture at the moment. We got her and the RIR end of August maybe mid September. The other chickens are going through a Molt but are not hunched. Could that be normal behaviour when they go through a Molt? I never seen my other hens, or the ones I had previously, do that.

Welcome To BYC

If you can post photos of her and her poop, those may be helpful.

Being hunched up can be a number of things, but the first thing that comes to mind is a reproductive problem, especially in a laying hen.
I'd be inclined to give the hen 1 Calcium Citrate+D3 tablet once daily for 5-7 days to see if she's struggling to expel an egg, egg material, lash, etc.

If possible, take a sample of her poop to your vet for a fecal float to rule out worms as part of the problem.

I did give them all Poultry Booster today with their food and some Nutri Drench in their water.

PND is good to give for a little boost but is sorely lacking in therapeutic crisis dosing of Calcium, so I'd still give her the Extra Calcium, aim for 300-600mg daily for a week.
Is her crop emptying? If not, then I'd address that symptom as well.
