I’m at day 23 and this how my eggs look, are they dead?

My hen has been sitting on these 2 eggs for about 23 days now, this is my first time having fertilized eggs for my chickens to sit on so I’m not sure how the eggs are supposed to look when candling at this stage, I know they should hatch around 21 days, I’ve noticed that there’s little to no movement, the slight movement could’ve been me turning the egg but I’m not sure, I’m worried and want confirmation on these, if anyone can help!
