I accidentally spilt a full container of chicken food in the dirt. What should I do?

I finished filling up a container of chicken food and lessened my grip on it while it was on its stand, causing it to tip over into the dirt. I scooped it back into the container and I'm concerned about my chickens. Is it still edible? What should I do with the food and dirt inside of the container? Should I just dump it out on the ground and not refill the container until they eat it all?

I don’t think the dirt would hurt anything. Mine spill their food and eat it off of the ground all the time. I would think as long as it isn’t wet it would be fine but I’m not an expert by any means lol

Unless it was a large amount of food spilled (i.e. you dropped a 30 lb feeder and only have 3 birds) I would've just left it, they'll eat it wherever you spilled it and be perfectly happy about it.
