I found a punctured egg in the brooding nest

Hello guys, I am in need of some help!
I just found one of the eggs that my hen is hatching has a hole in it. There’s a little bit of blood stain around the hole. I was able to confirm that there is a chick inside but I don’t think it is ready to hatch.
The hole seems to be pictured from the outside. It is a little big. Should I remove it or can the chick still survive?

What day is the egg on?

What day is it on? Do you have a picture? If it is on day 20/21 it’s not completely uncommon for a chick to hit a vein when pipping which can cause a little blood.
