I live in DFW Texas. I'm trying to purchase exhibition plymouth barred rock hens 16 weeks and older. Where to buy?

We are trying to get the exhibition breed of plymouth barred rocks back into the flock.

We currently only have one exhibition plymouth barred rock rooster. We accidentally mated him with a hatchery small barred rock hen, not knowing how to keep the exhibition. They have a son and three daughters.

I am in search for a few exhibition plymouth barred rock laying hens that are 16 weeks and older, please. I have been google searching for places in Texas and have not found anything. I only found Cackle Hatchery which is not in Texas and they only sell the 1 day old chicks.

I tried to see about how to register our rooster for the "Rooster Crowing Contest" on October 20th at the State Fair. I couldn't figure it out. Is it Pan American? Or is it just a regular contest? Do I have to be a member of a 4-H club? Do I just show up with my Rooster on that day?
