I need some help sexing young pheasants...

Not exactly a pheasant gender guru, but I think the only hen I can see is in the first picture (top middle, third from the two on the right, if that makes any sense). Possssibly the third picture is a hen, but the red tint on the face are throwing me.

I've been trying to determine the best way to gender them too, and I'm curious (maybe experienced users can chime in) if rooster 'ears', wattle-face outline are the best indication before adult feathers appear?

Here are one of my males and females about 6ish weeks. I noticed that all my males have a dark head, while the females immediately feathered in light through their face and have no wattle-outline or ear feathering. The males are also super jumpy, but I hardly think that's an indicator rather than natural pheasant behavior lol.

Those were my thoughts but this is my first time raising them. Going by the descriptions posted on other threads these are all appearing to be males. Thanks for help.

At around 6 or 7 weeks the males should start to show some color.
These are mine when they first started getting color.

The males also get noticeable spurs pretty early on. In the second picture you can kind of see them on my male.
The balding faces is a good indicator too.
Hope this helps! :)
