I was curious to know if this is a Bantam Sebright?

Is this chick a Sebright? If so, does anyone know what color it will be if that’s detectable at this age?

Sebrights have blue/slate coloured legs

Mine did from the beginning, apart from pink toes. But I only have the one (he is PLENTY, let ms tell you!), so I hardly count as being knowledgeable.

They should be a light grey color at hatch but don't take long to go blue/slate

Looks more like a quail D'Anvers chick to me than a Sebright, but I wouldn't rule it out entirely.
