If a Pekin and Mallard have ducklings, will they be able to fly??

I have a pekin female that mated with a beautiful Mallard, she has 18 eggs. If they hatch will these ducklings be able to fly??

Doubtful because they will be too heavy..They might be able to get up off the ground a little but won't fly I don't believe.

This will be a nightmare because it is at the college pond and there are dogs and buses and cars go through so fast, we have alot of close calls with the ducklings and goslings that can't fly abs of course the Pekin was dumped there years ago. I might have to call bird rescue who came last year when they dumped 8 of them there that were terrified. The college gave permission to take them because they should not be there,..it was awful, they did not know what to do. I brought them seed and water everyday and they were so sweet and beautiful. Oh boy,...

She flies around the property.
