Incubating first time! Any guidance please

First time incubating, been reading these threads for quite some time. I have 2 eggs that have pipped. One in the middle of the egg, and I saw very slight blood and I assume yolk come out. It seems the chick is working up toward the air cell though, so I hope it's fine? The other than pipped, broke the shell but not the membrane. I read the VERY long and detailed thread about when to help, so I'm not rushing to do that. I guess I'm just curious what people's opinions are with these. It is start of day 19 (put them in at noon on mar. 15). They are shipped eggs, which I have read can come with their own problems. I'm just worried idk! Thanks for any help!
