HELP!!! My dog just bit my duck! Should I take him to the emergency room?

I'm sorry about your Duck.

I'd wash off the wound really well, access the damage and take some more photos.

I'm not that familiar with Duck Bills, so hopefully @shawluvsbirds @Quatie @HollowOfWisps can chime in with care tips.

Oh no. Did you end up going to the vet? I'm going to guess about all they could do would be clean it up and advise you to try and keep it somewhere warm dimly lit and clean for the next few days.
You may have to make it a mash for a while so it can eat a bit easier I'm sure that will hurt.

Poor thing. I agree. Clean it up and give it a mash. You could put some bacatracin on it to prevent infection. You may also want to weigh the duck and keep a close eye on how much he eats. Under stress they sometimes stop eating.
