I want to introduce my two ayam cemani roosters that are around a 2 months old and their sister, to the flock I know I should’ve done it sooner and the roos are almost the size of the smallest hen should I introduce the smallest hen first or the biggest. Would the roosters fight back against the small hen?

How big and how old is this flock and are they the same breed?

For us, with silkies, there's no introducing, it's a matter of when they can go from growout pens to the main coop with the adults, and that is anywhere from 4-5 months old.

You have two childish immature cockerels and a pre-teen pullet. When they mature more they will change but now I'd expect them to avoid the adults. If the adults even think they are invading personal space the kids are likely to get pecked or worse. Mine almost immediately learn to avoid the adults.

How much room do you have? That is critical in planning an integration. Do you have sufficient room that the young can totally avoid the adults? I have over 2,000 square feet available outside and a coop big enough that the chicks can find safe places to sleep that is not on the roosts with the adults. I house mine side by side across wire so they get to know each other and then turn them loose. The chicks almost immediately learn to stay far away or they are likely to get pecked. When the pullets start to lay eggs they are accepted into the main flock. Until then I have two sub-flocks. I get different results with cockerels, no set time that they can integrate. That depends a lot of personalities.

You can improve the quality of space you have by adding clutter. That means someplace they can hide under or behind, or they can get far enough above that they are safe from the adults.

Knowing what you have to work with could really help in coming up with specific suggestions. Photos of the coop and run and any dimensions could be helpful.

Until my cockerels (or pullets) reach a certain maturity level they do not fight back. Size does not matter, maturity does. With the pullets that's usually about when they start to lay but most of the time that transition is so smooth I don't see any fighting. There are a lot of different things that can happen with cockerels. They mature at different rates and have different personalities. The personalities of your mature hens makes a difference too. Some can be pretty vicious with the cockerels and some can be very accommodating. Size of the hen does not matter, personality does.

It is usually helpful to have multiple feeding and watering stations so the young do not have to encounter the wrath of the adults to eat or drink.

If you are critically limited on space there are some techniques that might help. People manage this when they don't have much room but it can get more difficult. Knowing what you are working with could really help with suggestions.

Good luck!
