Irregular stools

My hen is an older hen, 10 years now, and she just started having these odd looking stools. We have not changed food or anything else in their daily routine. Does this look like something I need to worry about? Any feedback will be very much appreciated.

Does she have any symptoms?

Does she still lay eggs?

I'd check her over for lice/mites, see that her crop is emptying overnight.
If possible, get a fecal float to see if worms may be part of the reason the poop is off.

Could be with her age she's starting to decline some and the bodily functions are not working quite as well as they used to.
