Is Barb a rooster?

I am thinking this 6 week old Ameraucana is a rooster but would love a second opinion. Thanks for any help.

You are correct that he is an EE. He is not a standard variety and has willow shanks which indicate yellow skin. Ameraucanas have white skin He is a cockerel as well
