Is beef good for ducklings?

In meat shops, there is a by product called saw dust, they are basically ground meat collected from circular saw using for splitting animal carcasses. Its technically ground beef but marketed more as dog food. Since poultry shops are still close, I am considering to feed meat to ducklings since beef is protein. I will boil it until its well done and give those burgers to the ducklings. Is this okay? My ducklings survive from a diet of oats and rice at this moment.

Yeah should be fine in moderation. You don't want to feed them just meat because its not nutritionally balanced as could also might contribute to angle wing. If you cook and then dry it that would be called meat and bone meal. This Is used in rations to meet protein requirements, usually at about 5%

You will need to supplement niacin or your ducklings will get bow legged and crippled. A poultry vitamin pre mix is probably a good idea as rice and oats do not a balanced diet make.

Fun story: I took my Pekin ducklings on a picnic. I figured they could scavenge through the grass while I sat on a blankie and ate a yummy beef-bell pepper-mayo sandwich, kinda like a Philly cheesesteak. The ducks were doing alright with the grass up until I took out my food and tried to take a bite. That’s when duckie decided my sandwich was, in fact, HER sandwich. This thread reminded me of this experience, and the adorable look of a determined and hungry duck climbing through hell and high water (my lap) to get to my beef sandwich. It looked a little like the photo. Different duck, same expression.

Muscovy love meat. Mine also love good quality dry dog food. For ducklings it would need to be ground up. They need something for added protein since your only feeding rice and oats now. Mine love Salmon and pea dry dog food.
