Is it a must to dub Modern games for 4H?

I've been planning on getting a few Modern games for 4H this year. But I'd like to know if it's a Must need to dub the roosters. I live in Canada and our 4H club will also be taking part in a poultry show and I'd like to know if you can go without dubbing your rooster.

According to the Standard of Perfection, all males over a year, or specifically cockerels shown after November first, must be dubbed for show. It is a disqualification in the standard for cocks to be undubbed.

4-H shows are usually more laid back, and not quite as strict on the standard as sanctioned shows might be, so while you could probably show with combs, I suggest dubbing them, not just for a show but to also prevent frostbite in the cold season.
