Out first flock is now seven weeks old. My daughter cooked too much rye oats yesterday and gave the leftovers to them. It had a bit of honey in it. Is that something that's okay for them to eat? Just a little bit, in that fashion?

It won't hurt them. I wouldn't give it to them regularly, but a little isn't going to hurt.

Honey is is great for sick birds. Same with molasses. It gives them a perk up. On a regular basis, I would if your chickens are on keto, it’s high in carbs.:gig:lau. but I wouldn’t worry. Some guys who run small chicken farms make a honey/acv/ and something else water for their chicks.
