Is it worth it to order hatching eggs in November??

Is it worth it to order hatching eggs through the mail in November? (I live in Virginia)
I want to order quail hatching eggs but should I take the risk of them getting chilled?

Does anyone have experience with how much this will affect the hatch rate?

I ordered chicken eggs in November before and almost all of them hatched. I’ve ordered quail eggs in fall too. They were fine too.

I've ordered eggs in winter an have had some hatch. I've also ordered eggs and none have hatched. But over all I don't thing the cold hurts them to bad.

Order from who?
I wouldn't order eggs from just any one.
Make sure they are a reputable seller first.
I have ordered quail eggs from @Myshire Farm Quail this time of year with no issues.
