Is my baby chick dying?

It has its wing down and it's barely drinking water and eating and it has its eye closed sometimes what do I do?

I got 3
its in a box with the 2 chicks with multiple holes to breathe
None expect for having a jacket on the bottom of the box
I got it from a flea market

Baby chicks just hatched need to be kept warm under a heat lamp or brooder plate.
They will need this for 3 or 4 weeks until they grow their feathers.
In nature the mother hen keeps them warm by nestling them under her feathers .

They will not survive on corn.
They need baby chick formula sold in crumble form at pet or feed stores. It's a complete nutritional diet.
