Is my hen sick? Weird droppings, no egg production and aloof.

I'm new to keeping chickens and my hens are one year now. I have a CA white leghorn who hasn’t laid an egg in 6 months. She really only laid for about 2 months and then stopped. I’ve tried different feed, and adding oyster shell, and a prebiotic and electrolyte supplement and nothing changed. For months she’s seemed normal other than not laying. Now she seems aloof, and lethargic. I’ve noticed this for about 2-3 weeks. She sometimes doesn’t roost and will just settle down in the hen house bedding. I’m not sure if that means anything or not. Ive had to clean her vent area a few times recently. Twice I’ve noticed weird stuff near her droppings, and im pretty confident it’s her. It’s light brown, and kind of jelly-like. Is it poop or some sort of “egg”? It’s kinda gross but I’ll attach a picture. I’ve tried looking it up but I’m not finding anything like it.

You could try an antibiotic such as amoxicillin or get some enrofloxacin and treat for infection. It may or may nit help if she has salpingitis, but it might possibly extend her life. Here is where to find enrofloxacin:

It is not approved for poultry and it has a long egg withdrawal. Dosage would be 10 mg per kilogram (each 2.2 pounds) twice a day for 5 days.
