Is this 5 month wait old Wyandotte a puller or cockerel?

We recently purchased three Columbian Wyandottes from Rural King. We were told they were pullets. This one here is the only survivor. He/she has been chasing around our barred rock pullet and biting her neck, but does not appear to have any sickle feathers. (I have noticed however, that male Columbian Wyandottes have relatively blunt tails, their sickle feathers not being too prominent).
