Is this a Crested Pekin duckling?

Not sure if you can see the little puffball on the back of the head of the one duckling or not. Do you think it has some crested genetics in it? Or is it just some extra long feathers. The ducklings are all 3 Pekins.

I would say yes its a crested duck. I have never seen a duckling with the tiny poof grow up to loose the poof. i have read on some hatcheries website that you can have a completely random crested duckling even if parents are not. not sure if its true..
