He looks like a game or game cross. Not certain if it is the pictures or not, but he also looks to be in poor condition - pale, dull feathers - you might want to check for worms or ecto parasites. If he is a new addition to your flock, I recommend quarantining him.

Thanks! He belongs to a friend and I could not answer the question for him so I turned to BYC. I will definitely have him check the bird throughly. Thanks again!
