Is this a good sign of a strong bond?

I managed to put time aside for bonding with my baby chicks and one of my baby chicks has a strong desire to crawl into my hair. I offered it a blanket instead but the chick looked at me as if in disbelief and ran straight back to me! Is this a sign my Incubated chick has imprinted in me?

It may have. Some chicks, for some reason, will tend to be more interested in running to humans instead of running away from them.

It may only last a few days or could be for life. We've raised silkies for years and only have had one like that. CC is now nearing a year old and if she sees me in the yard, she comes running. It's very neat, I think!
