Is this an aracauna

I got this chick the other day at rural king and I was wondering if it is an aracauna.

It's probably an easter egger they are a mix between an americauna and something else. For some reason all the stores around us are selling "araucanas" this year, but they are definitely easter eggers. EE still lay cool eggs though

It's definitely an Easter Egger (the greenish legs are a dead giveaway) as opposed to a true Araucana which have tailess rumps. Hatcheries frequently and incorrectly market their Easter Eggers (which are hybrids produced by crossing blue egg layers with brown egg layers to produce offspring that lay eggs in colors other than just blue) as Araucanas or Ameraucanas. It would be helpful to start your own thread Although he is rumpless, since it isn't a standard color he is probably an Easter Egger.

He's an Easter Egger rather than a true Araucana.
