Is this Black Silkie a male or female?

I have a 14 week old Black Silkie that is supposed to be a male. I have several other Silkie males ( different colors) and all seem bossier and more temperamental than this one. The flat to nonexistent comb and fluffier butt make me think this one might actually be female. I would be thrilled if it were actually a female. What do you think?

I have been wrong before but I’d say with 99% surety that you have a pullet And a very pretty one too!
