Is This Normal Poop? Worms? Cecal?

Just wondering if this is normal poop or something to be concerned about. Why is there always white stuff on the poop? And usually its not reddish but this one is.

The "white stuff" are urates. I recommend worming with Safeguard liquid goat wormer or Valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer unless the bird in question is a chick or young pullet. Then I'd recommend Corid or SMZ-TMP or Toltrazuril.
