Is this safe?

I have concerns regarding the safety of my temperature-controlled chick brooder, which gets warm on top. Although I am probably being overly cautious, could you please provide your opinions on whether there is a risk of fire?
50 Watt bulb.

I don’t think there is a risk! As long as you don’t add a red light it should be fine! If you want to be extra careful dim the light (some lights have a lil switch) or put it on the outside of the area!

This one has a blue light and a red light I could easily unplug either light,
