Is this sound normal for a pullet?

Hey there!
I’ve been told Mable is a sexlink pullet, about 10-12 weeks old, but she’s been making this sound the past couple days. Is she really a pullet? I’ve heard some hens crow but not until they’re older. What does everyone think?

PS I hope the link works

I hear a cockerel. Can you show a closer photo? Especially the back, tail and neck.

Can you get a good picture of its entire body from the side. At 10 weeks that looks like a lot of comb to see from a blurry (at least on my end) video. I think you may have ended up with RIR cockerel mixed in.

That is a crowing rooster it seems. His slightly pointy tail feathers are making me think this in addition to the crowing. I can't see if it has saddle feathers or not to determine if it is a roo 100%

Thanks everyone! Here are some pics
