Is this tissue or hardened pus?

My 3 year old hen has not been feeling well. Stopped laying after rubber egg and empty membrane , then 4 days later laid sandpaper texture egg with this hard piece in the albumen and some spots on the yolk. Antibiotics? Will baytril work if it's an infection? Thank you.

Looks like a question for @Eggcessive, one of our Educators.

If you poke or mash the tissue in pic #3 with a fork, is it hard like bone, or meaty?

On the yolk, I see on the far right white tissue that is chalaza, basically twisted albumen that holds the yolk in place, then a blast in the center indicating the egg is not fertile, and above that another white dot I can't identify - is that what you're wondering about?

The tissue is hard and the piece on the yolk is hard as well. Today she laid an egg that is not as rough, smaller, pale in color, but no abnormal items inside. She has diarrhea.
