Hello everybody!
I'm about to start my second incubator journey. Last year, I managed to have a ~90% success rate with my bator, of combined duck and chicken eggs. First time was rather lucky as far as the incubating went. Back then, I had more time on my hands since I did it on a school break for the most part, so the eggs were turned 5 times per day. This year however, my eggs will be incubating while I'll also be in school, so the turning of the eggs has become a bit problematic. The best way I can go about it is turning them 3 times a day, so every 8 hours. At 7AM when I get up, 3PM when I've come home from school and 11PM, 8 hours later so that there is a regular interval. Now I'm worried this might not enough turning for the eggs. However, I have read that only 3 times might not be ideal..
What do you guys think?
