Ivermectin Pour On on Dogs?

I use Ivermectin Pour-On for mites and lice on my birds. I was wondering, can I use it for dogs? What would be the dosage? I was going to buy a flea collar for my new LGD, but if Ivermectin works, I can use that since I have it on hand. Also, does anyone use SafeGuard dewormer for horses on dogs? Sorry if this is a dumb set of questions, I just want to hear y'alls experiences. I will not give my dogs anything unless I know for sure it will be safe and effective.

Permethrin pour on works better for dogs when it comes to fleas than Ivermectin. You can buy it bulk sizes and they usually always have the dosage for dogs right on the bottle. For the Safeguard their horse dewormer and dog dewormer are both Fenbendazole so technically if you got the dosage correctly you could use either.
