Jersey Giant and Mystic Onyx.. definitely roos?

So I think my Jersey Giant is absolutely a roo, but am hoping to hear the input of others with more experience. The Jersey is about 8 weeks and the first 2 pics.
I also have a Mystic Onyx that is looking really suspicious and I wonder if I may have a second roo on my hands. The MO is 6 weeks.

Let me know if more pics are needed, it's hard to get pics because they are not cooperative

I'm leaning cockerel for the jg but it's not undeniable cockerel.
I'd wait on both for a while.

Even the jg is looking pullet

JG has saddle feathers. The other looks like a pullet.

Leaning towards the MO being g female. Unfortunately those suckers grow so fast that they all scream boy when it comes to growth rate

I see zero male saddles. I don't really expect to at 8 weeks though.

I believe Mystic Onyx roosters have orange over their backs. Yours looks just like my pullet!
