Without a Question the Tallest would be the Brahma, at least the British Type Brahma can get up to 30 inches tall, mine that is 7 month old is almost 30 inches tall.

As far as weight is. JG should reach 12 pounds no problem and on early 1900s they were close to 20 pounds
