Maybe cockerel? Legs are stocky/thick, long tail feathers.
Do you notice any metallic green feathers among the sickle feathers? What breed is it?

Don't see any greenish yet! Olive Eggers and Easter eggers are basically what I get from my roos

Signs of spurs? Later to feather out than most others?

Nope! Seems about same feather growth as others. It hatched with 3 others and I know two of them are roos but they're different colours than this guy

I'm going back and forth on the gender as well! Easter egger hens usually have small skinny legs, so I'm thinking it might be a roo.
