Hi,
We are trying to breed blue laced red wyandottes to the standard and I was wondering if anyone on here has any experience with wyandottes.
Is the back on this cockerel any good? He is 6months old and the only male with somewhat of a sloped angle...
I know he is far from perfect and black laced, but I plan to put him over a splash female below...
This is the splash...
I did want to put him over this blue...
But people have told me the gold is too hard to get rid of.
I was kind of hoping to improve the shape and size then deal with the colour, but, would this shortcut to shape ruin the colour for further multiple generations?
Is the splash pullet any good shape wise? She just seems small and size normally comes from the hen?
