Ladies or Gents?

These two are 14 weeks old. No crowing yet (all the other boys are) but I'm still not sure on gender. Posted on FB group and got mixed opinions! What do you all think?

Both are cockerels. You can see male specific feathering peeping through on their backs and saddle areas.
