I have had a chick for about a week now we got them through mail from a hatchery. This chick can’t walk looks like one foot is curled up. I think they are all about 3 weeks old as they are getting feathers. She is still eating and drinking some tries to walk but can’t so she scoots around. I haven’t had chickens since I was little and I am about to be 50 so I have no clue. Thank you for your help.

Some pictures of her leg would help as well as video of how she tries to walk (video needs uploading to somewhere like YouTube and then post the link here).

You want to exclude injury (broken bones or just sprains), and at 3 weeks it is a little early for Marek's (though not impossible).
However, an important cause of curly-tow paralysis is vitamin B deficiency. Specifically Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin). It is very safe and your chick will simply excrete any excess. It is available in any pharmacy (either as B2 or a vitamin B complex) for humans and because it is so safe you can give high doses.

I had a chick who went lame at 3 weeks old and I had to give her lots of B2 over quite some time but eventually everything was fine and she is now my top hen. The link to her journey is here and I hope it helps you with your baby.

The brown wrap is when I thought she had spraddle leg and I left it wrapped because it made it more stable she is standing more now

When you said she scoots around, is she having to drag her body around like she can't stand up on her legs, or is she trying to stand up but her foot is curled?

B complex is a good idea, that will address any deficiencies if she has them, and they will flush out any excess they don't need.

Hopefully this will bump your post too and maybe someone with more experience than me can jump in.

She is doing much better. I put her back in with the others. I had the boxes next to each other and she was trying to fly up to get to them. Thank you for all your help. I think it was just an injury or maybe the b12 helped.
