Lash egg?

When my daughter brought in eggs tonight this was with it. At first it looked like a piece of poop. It was about the size of a yolk. It wasn’t really layered like I’d expect a lash egg but I have no idea what else it could be. Not sure which hen laid it either.

1 Barred Rock 4.5 years old
2 Leghorns 4.5 years old
3 Easter Eggers 2 years old

We also have 1.5 year old silkie rooster that lives with them.

Currently feed NatureWise All Flock. Haven’t put oyster shell back out but plan to soon.

Birds forage our 2.3 acres all day (basically we open coop in morning and lock em up right before dark).

No one has been acting off and we’ve been getting normal eggs.

We also have ducks, goats, and a dog on property.

With the way the inside of it looks, I'm wondering if it could be intestinal lining that tried to form an egg. I've only seen a few lash eggs and they were more yellowish with a solid center.
