She is now old enough to go outside with the hens but when they are in the coop the pecking order starts and idk how to stop it plz help

well, they only way to stop it is for them to figure out the order. i wouldn't move out from the flock unless she got seriously injured.

watch during the first night and if she is looks like she could be getting badly hurt, like start bleeding take her out immediantely

The hen coop fits 10 and idk y there gaining up on her
