Chirping
I got my Lavender Orpington chicks on Feb 28th from my local family feed store. They're supposed to be sexed and all hens but I'm wondering if this one is actually a cockerel?
Between the attitude, with this one willing to post up* with the other 4 week old cockerels, the comb is much more developed than my other two lavenders (almost double the size). I did my best to capture photos, and if these aren't enough to tell, I'll try to get more later.
*Posting up: I do have an olive egger hen that will stand up against the three Western Rustic cockerels I have, so I know that isn't necessarily an indicator.
