After watching and reading a ton of online info, I thought I should just ask for advice. Yesterday my husband noticed one of our 9- week-old chickens seemed lethargic. We separated her from the others and made her a mix of Immune Glow we had purchased from Tractor Supply. (Immune Glow - supports hydration, immunity, and digestion per the label.) She drank some and has been drinking here and there since. She has eaten a little without our prompting, and she has access to grit. (Our chicks are on medicated chicken starter.) We have her in a quite area with a heat lamp due to WI still being cold and damp. We've only had these chickens for 8 days, and everyone else seems very active and alert. I'm embarrassed to say that I do not know if her poop is normal. I've tried comparing to online pictures, but I'm a bit overwhelmed with all of the different colors and shapes that apparently are considered healthy. 🤦🏼‍♀️ One eye is shut, but there is no drainage from either eye nor from her nose or mouth. Her crop is not full/hard. Thank you in advance for advice! ❤

I thought I better repost the picture of her poop after fixing the lighting. Also, I'm including a picture of her vent.

I had to look up immune glo products, but it seems to be electrolytes and herbal oils, and very overpriced. For chickens, I prefer a good vitamin with electrolyte product, such as Poultry Cell or NutriDrench tonics given 1 ml orally for every 3 pounds. Or one of the vitamin/elctrolyte powders added to water.

At 9 weeks, coccidiosis could be a problem, in a new flock member. Signs are weakness, no appetite, standing around puffed up or hunching, and runny poops. Corid can be used in the water with no additives, 2 tsp of the liquid, or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5-7 days as the only water source to treat it. Give no b vitamins while on Corid.
