I had a meat bird chick attacked by my dog yesterday- mostly just feathers plucked. But the chick is still being lethargic. I would have let it inside but it screamed to be with the others.

It’s crop seems to be full and the only outside injury is a slight cut to the skin around the crop. should I just keep it comfy and see what happens?

There could be internal injuries. I had a chicken attacked by a pred and didn't see much in the way of injury, but there may have been a puncture wound and she turned worse after a few days of recuperation & needed antibiotics. There can be some time of shock/trauma after the attack - make sure the chick is warm enough, it can help to give some (but not too much) electrolytes and maybe a protein treat like some cooked egg. Make sure the chick is getting enough food/water and is not bullied in its weakened condition.
