Does anyone recognize this? It’s that a worm or just part of the poop?

I’m thinking she is/has developed EYP based on symptoms from another chicken I have. Salpingitis? Worm or just black poop?

Would greatly appreciate any thoughts!

Doesn't look like a worm.

As you mention, likely reproductive. You can try treating with an antibiotic to see if it helps relieve symptoms if she's lethargic or acting off. Baytril would be a good choice.
I purchased Enrofloxin powder 10%, it says one tsp per gallon of water, and change everyday. I have 2 birds that are quarantined now. The first bird that developed these symptoms, I asked for help on BYC. She’s still alive…and I don’t want this bird to go thru this!

Day 2 of the Enrofloxin. Not eating, barely drinking.
