Lethargic hen with tiny poops

Not sure if this is the right place for this but I have a polish hen that for the last 2 days seems lethargic and her poops are very tiny, like the size of a pinky nail. Today is the 2nd day she hasn't laid. Could she be egg bound? I tried to feel for a egg but to be honest it's my first time and I'm not exactly sure what it would feel like. She seems to be sleeping a lot and stands around kind of puffed up.

Side note, we just ended a round of tylosin 4 days ago because we were worried a couple of the hens might of had a sickness going around. Gave them a few days of just fresh water and started some electrolytes and probiotics yesterday afternoon.
