Unfortunately my Great Pyrenees knows how to open doors yet he is the clumsiest thing and he stepped on the brooder I have my girls in,

Went from five down to three and my sweet frizzle silkie is holding her leg up from time to time to keep her weight off it

They have electrolytes in their water and are looking normal today besides that one girl

I'm sure I just have to let her be and see how it goes, but is there anything I should watch out for that I may have not considered? Especially with how scary it must have been for them

I'd stop the electrolytes and start Poultry Cell. Or, you could give it less than a 1/4 of a human's B-Complex pill. That helps with healing muscle and bone.

Does the leg look normal, as in not broken?

If she's not using it, it might help to separate the chick and let her stay off her leg for a day or two.

Thank you; she is walking without issue, but holds the leg up when eating or drinking, trying not to rest on it
I think she stopped though as I watch her now 18 hours later

Oh that's great. She should be fine then. A vitamin boost would help too. I give all mine some Poultry Cell in their water one of the days in their first week.
