Any idea what could be wrong with her left leg?

She has had a limp that has gotten worse over a week and keeps it close to her chest sometimes. No bumblefoot. No swelling or obvious breaks, and her leg feels normal but I noticed that the leg she’s limping on is jutted out at a weird angle. Her behavior and appetite are normal but her limp causes her to be less active because she hops everywhere.

I splinted her leg and she has been in a small kennel in the run with water and food to limit her movement. I took the splint off after two weeks to redo the wrap and look at her leg. Her limp is less, but still there. She is back in the kennel and she will be in there for another week or two and I will reevaluate. IMG_8099.jpeg IMG_8101.jpeg

When looking at her with both legs on the floor, does the hurt leg look like it bows inward? She might have just sprained the tendon, but some chickens can be born with varus valgus leg bone deformity. That can occur in one or both legs. Rupture of the tendon can be a possibility, but she seems like that has not happened at this time. Here in picture C, the chicken has valgus deformity in both legs:

I’m thinking it was due to an injury because she didn’t have that issue before.
