Liquid full crop and hen isn’t moving

My hen yesterday at 4pm was found next to the water with their eyes closed and she would after 5 seconds drink more water, I picked her up and water came pouring out as soon as I touched it. It had a disgusting smell after she threw up when I pressed her crop to pick her up. I’m thinking it’s sour crop but i dont know and vets arent a option

I'm sorry about your hen, it does sound like Sour Crop. I'd begin treating her with an antifungal as described in the article below.
