My family bought some ducklings in early June. They were all growing really well up and staying at the same sizes until about a week ago we noticed one that is severely falling behind. This duckling eats and drinks the same amount as the other ducks, however, it's poop has gotten very green. The other ducks are much larger than it, even beginning to quack. This little duckling has been heaving and having trouble breathing, also laying down an awful lot. I was wondering if anybody knew about this or anything to do for the little guy. I'll add a crappy photo I tried to get showing the difference in size. :(

I would keep the little one see no touch with the others. Ensure it has its own food and water so that you know it is getting enough to eat. Keep it on duckling crumbles that are higher protein than duck pellets and all flock pellets, when you change the bigger ducks onto all fl9ck or duck pellets.

I would get Rooster Booster Poultry Cell and add it to the little one's drinking water. Perhaps offer it a little scrambled egg occasionally.

I suspect it has been excluded from the food and that it's poop is green as it is eating grass and weeds. But with extra nutrition and care, you can get it to thrive again
