Little Giant Incubator and turner- After removing the turner eggs roll around

I have the Little Giant incubator and egg turner. Removing the turner at day 18 and putting them on the screen lets the chicks to get oriented for hatching. As the 1st chicks hatch they jostle and roll the other eggs around. Is that a problem? Would it be better to put something on top of the screen to keep them stabilized?

I think they'll be okay if they get jostled a little bit.
